Digital Service - All Sales Final
As a digital service, all purchases are final. We offer a free tier so you can fully evaluate Vynoe before subscribing. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
article1. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Vynoe provides digital services and software subscriptions (SaaS). Due to the nature of digital products, where access and usage are granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final. Once a subscription is activated and the service is accessed or used, the purchase is non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital service that is delivered instantly.
article2. Free Tier & Trial
Vynoe offers a generous free tier with 10 uses per session, allowing you to fully evaluate the service before making any purchase decision. We strongly encourage you to use the free tier to test all features and ensure the service meets your needs before subscribing. This free access serves as your trial period.
article3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period, as the service was available and accessible during that time.
article4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider refund requests at our sole discretion for the following situations: (a) You were charged due to a verified technical billing error on our end; (b) The service was completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing cycle; (c) Duplicate charges for the same subscription. All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question.
article5. How to Submit an Exception Request
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, contact us at support@vynoe.com with: your account email, date of charge, and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision. Our decision on all refund exception requests is final.
article6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@vynoe.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated services. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is unjustified.
article7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
